Meyer Sound LINA Line Array
We have been enjoying for some years now the advantages of using LEOPARD line array, so for us it has been excellent news to know the LEO family has increased and diversified with the LINA sets, which, of course, we have already bought and used it for the first time.
These new self-amplified speakers are the most compact (51cm wide) and the lightest (20kg) within the range, offering an extraordinary power to size ratio. The advantages this set offers are a higher efficiency, a higher peak output and a surprisingly low distortion.
Another advantage is its versatility: it can be used as standalone set, at vertical structures composed of a few boxes or as an addition of a LEOPARD system, as it allows the coverage of areas at theatres under rows of balconies, front fills and areas difficult to solve up till now. Meyer Sound GALILEO GALAXY
To top off our improvement regarding sound sets we have round out it by buying the new Galileo Galaxy processor. Both to reconfigure an audio network, to scale up a system or to be integrated in an AVB network infrastructure, this processor allows a more intuitive way of working and a higher speed.
It has inherited from its predecessor, the Galileo module, the processing tools, such as parametric updating and in 5 U-Shaping bands. But it adds up in addition a new matrix delay function in crossover and improved delay integration.
We were lucky to release our new equipment at the opening of the 2018 Mediterranean Games, in Tarragona. It was a wonderful interpretation of Serrat’s “Mediterrano”, by María Ángeles López. We can not think of a better debut …
