On September 6th, 7th and 8th a new edition of Luz Toledo (Toledo Light) took place, with the show “Toledo, la ciudad universal” (Toledo, the universal city). Through a new collaboration with Acciona Producciones y Diseño, we made a huge deploy of personnel and equipments in order to cover all the audiovisual dimensions of the event.
The stage was the northern façade of the imposing Fortress. Several thousands of people were able enjoy the 16 showings of a spectacular videomapping. Within 14 minutes, the show went through the history of the city, of the building itself and about the relationship the city keeps with all the homonymous cities around the world and the importance the Tagus river has for the city and for its historical evolution.
In addition to the main show at the Fortress, at Zocodover square, locals and visitors were able to enjoy the Atmósferas (Atmospheres) show, based on lighting, laser, artificial fog and music.
More than 20 professionals deployed and some of our best devices, among which we could highlight, for example, the Panasonic laser 30K projectors, tens of robotized Martin and Cla Paky, or the Leonard, Lina and Galilleo sets from Meyer Sound to add the soundtrack to both spaces
It was a great choice by the Town Hall to hire APD for the event and we would like to believe that APD also made a wise choice trusting in us once again.
